{thanksgiving holidays}
the children were off to sta barbara for the thanksgiving holidays. i had to work.
…but after work, i had some time to chase off to napa with some friends…we stopped by muir woods on the way to yountville…it was a lovely day for shooting…photographs, that is! the countryside was abound with colour as the season kicked in its splendour….and yountville was picturesque as can be.
but the cold was biting and i was not prepared. sure enough the next day caught me with some form of stomach flu and i was out of commission for the black thursday shopping spree. headed back to the bay area on friday afternoon to find stores still reeling from the shock of shoppers earlier that morning. whew! missed that frenzy!
kids were back on saturday and i had enough time to get some of the xmas photos done for the cards this year….(check out my pap~elle link to view the photos there)…hope you like it. not all credit goes to me…my friend, pinx, lent a creative hand/eye in getting these done…photos of napa and muir woods still to come….
